1. When getting a quote, when someone enters the trip cost, and the trip cost winds up being more and less at final payment, can they go in and update it and get an updated quote? If they get a quote using the current trip costs, they can purchase the policy to cover the incurred costs and as trip costs change, they can contact our Client Services department to update the policy.
2. A traveler of ours has a deposit date next week, and was looking to get a quote, but the form does not allow them to enter a deposit date in the future. Should they just enter today’s date? They can enter today’s date to get a quote. Once they make the actual deposit, they can go back, enter it, get a quote and complete the purchase. If the trip cost, traveler ages, travel dates, etc. remain the same, the quote should not change.
