Set on the beaches of Sperlonga, Hotel Aurora offers seaside views, a private beach and bright, fairly spacious rooms for guests. Family-owned and operated, this hotel is classified as a three star superior property because there is no full service restaurant onsite. However, the service and comfort is equal if not better than at most local four star hotels. Bright and Airy Rooms with Original Art on the Walls and Doors
Make sure to pay attention to all the little details, especially the original artwork that you will discover as you walk through the property, not just on walls, but also as part of the door numbering. Classic rooms at Hotel Aurora Sperlonga feature queen or twin beds with air conditioning, free WIFI, private bathroom with hair dryer, flat screen television, and a safe. Triple and family rooms are also available, as well as suites and family quarters that can accommodate four and even six. Not two rooms are alike at this hotel that grew with the times within the restraints of the original historic structure. Some rooms offer typical, small Italian showers, some have bathtubs with or without curtains.
While it may be a bit too cold to swim in April, please note that the hotel also provides complimentary beach towels. While the private beachfront location is a main attraction, the hotel also offers an old school fitness center for guests, however, we recommend to take a walk along the coast with the locals to stretch your legs and get some exercise in. For those who rather not get their feet wet or sandy, Aurora Sperlonga also offers a beautiful private garden with a myriad of flowers, mainly jasmine and roses, plus terrace space to relax with views of the white-washed village that is reminiscent of those on the Greek islands.

Sweet and Savory Breakfast
Hotel Aurora Sperlonga offers guest a daily breakfast consisting of various local cold cuts/charcuterie, pastries and more. Breakfast is served buffet style from 8 am to 10 am in the hotel’s Marina room, which features views of the sea. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop terrace for a seaside lunch or enjoy a fresh fruit smoothie or cocktail served on the hotel’s bar, terrace or private beach.
